Editing those pictures,
using quick select tool,magic Wand, layer mask, adjustment layers
 

Make it to be sth like:
 
Brief:
  Open the image you want to edit.
  Add adjustment layer - black and white, play with the settings.
 

Toggle the adjustment layer visibility off temp;
Duplicate the origal photo layer, make it above the adjustment layer;
Use Quick select tool (sample 1), Magic Wand (sample 2), or even better Select Color Range
to make the selection to create the mask

  Use Image-> adjustment->Hue/Satuation to adjust the color tone.
  Save photoshop file
  Export image to be JPG file
